HOW WE DO SHIPPING

  • We warehouse our goods at strategic locations across the USA to ensure your products ship from a location close to your home. 
  • Shipping time is about 3-5 days. Please have patience as the USA is still experiencing delays due to the Coronavirus pandemic. 
  • Tracking numbers are provided promptly via email.
  • All orders are shipped from the United States using a variety of mail carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to reduce transit time.
  • We do not offer products to international residents and do not ship internationally. Our products are tested extensively for use in USA-style bathrooms. 

    RETURNS & REFUNDS

    We proudly stand behind our 60-day 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you don’t love your bidet attachment or bidet sprayer, we'll gladly give you a refund.

    • We do not accept returns in the mail due to the unsanitary nature of our products. However, we will still refund your order in full. 
    • If you purchased an item that has defects or is otherwise problematic, we ask that you submit a photo to our Help Desk to help us get to the bottom of the issue and from there, we can further discuss and rectify the matter to the fullest extent necessary.

    Ultimately, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom gear and be sure you have the best representation possible of our products.
